VenusMoon Education ("VenusMoon"), a registered sole proprietorship based in A169 Signature City, Bagli, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh 462043, India, with the UDYAM Registration number UDYAM-MP-10-0030480 develops and provides these applications.
We have a separate privacy policy page on how we collect, use, process, and store your data. You can read it here. The "Terms & Conditions ("Terms")" document is a binding agreement between the user ("You") and VenusMoon Education to use or access our applications or services. You agree to be bound by them by assessing our site. If you disagree with the terms, then you should not proceed ahead.
1.0 The Basics
Your site's use is subject to our terms and conditions, guidelines, privacy policy, and academic honesty policies. We strongly recommend reviewing these documents thoroughly before making a purchase on our site.
If you do not comply with our terms and conditions, guidelines, or policy on academic honesty, your account might get terminated. However, you can appeal our decision by emailing us at aitutor@venusmoon.in.
2.0 Key Elements of our Terms and Conditions
2.1 Account Creation
To access the services on our site, you must create a user account. If you are under 16 years of age, you are not permitted to open an account on VenusMoon. In such cases, you may ask your parents or guardians to create an account on your behalf and grant you permission to use it under their strict supervision. You must also comply with the legal age requirements in your jurisdiction. You should not create an account if local laws prohibit it. Please provide a valid email address for account creation. If you are creating an account for a child or on behalf of someone else, you are bound by these terms.
Members can choose to create a public profile on Venusmoon, which allows them to share their interests, experiences, and contributions with the community. This visibility helps foster connections and engagement among users. Public profiles are visible to all members of Venusmoon. It is essential for members to maintain professionalism and adhere to our platform guidelines while managing their profiles.
Your data, posts, and photos are stored securely on cloud servers. For more details on how we protect your data and use your information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
2.2 Prohibited Activities
You agree NOT to

Store, and steal other members' data

Distribute any part of the Site without our written permission

Involved in unfair means to hamper the site's performance

Harass, abuse, or harm others

Use another user's account without permission

Share your account with others

Sending too many prompts that may overload our systems

When you create a member account ("user account") on our site, you may provide us:
Your name, display name, title, email ID, phone number, and other personal information ("User Content"). You own your content and are responsible for it.
We are the controller of your User Content and reserve the right to remove any User Content from the Site at our sole discretion.
Your access to our applications and services is contingent on the proper use of User Content as outlined below. Non-compliance will be considered a material breach of these terms and conditions.

We generally do not monitor user content, but if we detect something inappropriate, we reserve the right to take action.
2.3 Account Visibility
At VenusMoon, we prioritise the privacy and security of our members. This section outlines how we handle your personal information and the visibility of different account features:

Private Sections: Certain areas of your account, such as My Groups, My Lessons, My Plans, My Orders, My Programs, and My Rewards, are private and can only be accessed by you. Only logged-in members can view these sections.

Public Sections: Other aspects of your profile, like Events, Blog Comments, Blog Likes, and Your Profile (if made public), are accessible to all other members of our site. Your Followers Page is also public, but certain hidden tabs may appear in the member menu manager and can be accessed in other areas of the site.
By using our platform, you acknowledge that you understand these privacy settings and agree to maintain professionalism while interacting with other members. Please refer to our full privacy policy for more detailed information on how we manage your data.
3.0 AI Applications Disclaimer
The AI applications may generate incorrect or misleading content and are not designed to provide current news or information. Exercise caution when using their output. Your human intelligence and discretion are crucial in making decisions based on the AI-generated content.
You are responsible for the content you input and the output generated by the AI applications. Outputs may not always be accurate. Use your judgment and awareness to make informed decisions.
3.1 Important Information Regarding the Use of RamAI and Venus
Please note that both RamAI and Venus are AI applications. There are no real humans behind them during real-time communication or chat. All content generated is produced by AI. Please review the following points before using them.
3.1.1 Misuse Warning
RamAI must be strictly used for educational purposes only. Activities involving hateful, sexual, violent, or self-harm content are prohibited. Any misuse of RamAI will lead to immediate suspension of your account, and reinstatement requests will not be accepted. Please use RamAI responsibly and according to our guidelines.
3.1.2 Subscription Policy
The basic plan is available for a one-time purchase per customer. Once cancelled, this plan cannot be rebooked. The basic plan is free and comes with some limitations.The standard plan can be booked many times.
3.1.3 Terms of Use
Your use of RamAI is subject to our terms and conditions, guidelines, privacy policy, and academic honesty policies. We strongly recommend reviewing these documents thoroughly before making a purchase and using RamAI.
3.1.4 Accuracy and Responsibility
RamAI is an online AI tutor and may not always provide accurate or complete information. It is essential to cross-check the outputs with reliable sources and follow our usage policies diligently.
Venus is an AI agent powered by OpenAI, designed to assist with user support. Your use of Venus is governed by our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Guidelines.
Please note:
Use Venus for questions related to user support only.
Do not send content related to hatred, violence, sexual material, or self-harm.
Venus is an AI application and may generate incorrect answers. Please use it with caution.
Our platform utilizes advanced AI technologies to generate text, images, and voice responses to user queries. The content provided by the AI is meant to assist with learning and should not be used as a final source for academic work without proper validation.
3.2 AI Voice
The voice responses generated are synthetic and do not represent real human interactions. These audio files are temporarily stored for 30 days for quality monitoring and improvement purposes, after which they are permanently deleted.
3.3 Image Generation
Images generated through our platform are created based on the prompts provided by users. These images are AI-generated and are not sourced from real-world references. Generated images are stored for 30 days and then deleted automatically.
3.4 Image-to-Text Generation

User Consent: By using this feature, you agree to upload images that you own or have the right to use.

Privacy Protection: We take your privacy seriously; your images will not be shared without your consent.

Limitation of Liability: We are not responsible for any inaccuracies in the text generated from your images.

Uploaded images are stored for 30 days and then deleted automatically.
4.0 Payments
For recurring payments or subscriptions, you must provide a valid payment instrument. This instrument will be used to charge your account for renewing the services. Currently, we do NOT have any subscriptions that require recurring payments. The basic plan is free. The standard plan can be purchased as many times as you require.
The "Trial Lesson in Chemistry" is a one-time opportunity for users to experience VenusMoon's teaching style. It is offered free of cost. The lesson duration is of 20 minutes.
The "Online Lesson in Chemistry" requires a payment method. This lesson is 40 minutes long.
All payments can be performed through our site. Payments are SSL secured. You can pay using debit or credit cards, net-banking, wallets or UPI.
4.1 Refunds and Cancellations
Booking and Rescheduling: You may book a lesson up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. If you need to reschedule, you can do so online up to 6 hours before the start of your lesson. Cancellations can be made online up to 6 hours before the lesson begins. In such cases, full refund will be provided to the user.
Late Bookings: The latest time you can book a lesson is 6 hours before the start time.
Payments: All payments must be made securely online. Refunds are processed by VenusMoon and will reach your original payment method as follows: Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 days, Net Banking: 2-10 days, Wallet: 0-3 days, and UPI: 2-7 days.
Contact Us Before Booking: Please contact us before booking a lesson to discuss your learning needs and ensure the session meets your requirements.
Attendance and Late Arrivals: It is your responsibility to attend the session on time. If you are unable to attend, please email or contact us with your booking details, and we will assist you.
Special Cases: If you are unable to attend a lesson on time and do not wish to reschedule, you may contact us to request a refund. However, please note that no refunds will be provided once the online session has been attended.
4.2 Price Changes
We may change the prices of our services, including online lessons or plans, without prior notice. However, this will not affect your current plan or any upcoming plan or lesson that you have already paid for. Price change notifications will be displayed on the website.
5.0 Online Content
You should not give prompts to our AI applications that include content related to hate, threats, harassment, self-harm, sexual content, violence, race, gender, ethnicity, religion, nationality, caste, creed, disability status, sexual orientation, or references to death or injury.
We are a technology-driven organization with the primary goal of using AI ethically to promote equitable education for all. The content generated by our AI applications should not be taken as true or correct without verification. You should consult with teachers, academicians, or authentic sources for accuracy. The AI applications are in early deployment and may contain errors.
We are not responsible for any incorrect or biased information provided by our applications or services. We do not guarantee the accuracy or authenticity of the information generated by our applications or services.
Any User Content sent through the Service by you, other users, or third parties is at your own risk and is not our responsibility.
We shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from reliance on any information or content transmitted to users or posted on the Service.
Despite our efforts to uphold these Terms and Conditions, using or accessing the Site or Service may expose you to unreliable or objectionable User Content. If a user violates these Terms and Conditions or engages in illegal, offensive, abusive, harmful, or malicious activities, we reserve the right to monitor the materials posted in public areas of the Site or Service, limit or deny a user's access to the Service, or take other appropriate action. The Company may remove any content that violates or is alleged to violate the law or this agreement, is offensive, infringes upon the rights of users or others, causes harm, or poses a safety threat. Unauthorized use may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution under applicable law.

We may provide links to third-party websites ("Third Party Sites") and content or items from third parties ("Third Party Applications, Software, or Content") as part of our Service. These links are provided as a courtesy, and we have no control over them. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or services offered on these Third Party Sites or through Third Party Applications, Software, or Content. The inclusion of such links does not imply our endorsement. Accessing or using Third Party Sites or Content is at your own risk and subject to their own terms and policies, which may differ from ours. Please review the applicable terms and privacy practices of any third-party sites or applications you visit or install.
7.0 Testing Terms for Early and Initial Public Release
7.1 Testing Participation
During the early phase and initial public release, we will invite a select group of users to test our applications, including RamAI and potentially Venus. This group may consist of students, educators, technology enthusiasts, and early adopters.
7.2 Registration and Data Protection
Registration Process: Interested users will need to complete a registration form available on our website.
Data Security: We ensure that your data is securely protected and handled as per our privacy policy.
7.3 Feedback and Usage
Feedback Collection: Users will provide feedback through designated forms as they interact with our applications.
Use of Feedback: By participating, you consent to us using your feedback to enhance our applications. This feedback will be utilized to make improvements before the full-scale launch.
7.4 Compensation
Participation is voluntary, and users will not receive compensation for their involvement. Your feedback will be used without financial compensation to help us refine our applications.
8.0 Copyright Claims
8.1 Termination of Accounts for Repeat Infringement
We respect intellectual property rights and expect our users to do the same. Accounts of users who repeatedly post or share protected third-party content without appropriate rights or permissions may be terminated. We reserve the right to revoke access for such repeat infringers.
8.2 DMCA Take-Down Notices
If you are a copyright owner or an authorised representative and believe that content on our Service infringes your copyrights, you may submit a notice to us as per the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) by sending the following details in writing to our designated copyright agent at aitutor@venusmoon.in:

8.3 Counter-Notices
If you believe that your User Content was removed incorrectly or that you have permission to use it, you may send a counter-notice to our copyright agent with the following information:

A description of the content that was removed and the location where it was posted.

A statement that you believe the removal was a mistake or due to misidentification.

Your contact information, including name, address, phone number, and email address, along with a declaration agreeing to the jurisdiction of the civil court in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, and acceptance of process from the complainant.
If we receive a counter-notice, we may notify the original complainant that the content may be restored within fifteen (15) business days. At our discretion, the content might be reinstated within fifteen (15) to twenty (20) business days, unless the copyright owner initiates legal action seeking a restraining order against the content.
9.0 License Grant
By submitting User Content through the Service, you grant VenusMoon a royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, worldwide license. This license allows us to use, reproduce, modify, publish, list, edit, translate, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display, and create derivative works from your User Content, as well as to use your name, voice, and/or likeness if included. This license applies to all forms, media, or technologies, whether currently known or developed in the future, and is granted in connection with the Service. You also affirm that you have the rights necessary to grant this license.
10.0 Intellectual Property
Your User Content submitted to VenusMoon remains your property. We ask that you provide accurate information about your User Content. By using our Service, you authorize us to access, copy, or upload your User Content to VenusMoon’s platform or cloud service.
You acknowledge and agree that all intellectual property rights related to VenusMoon, including copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary rights, are owned by VenusMoon and our licensors. Trademarks associated with other companies and products may also appear on the Service. We reserve all rights not explicitly granted to you under these Terms and Conditions.
11.0 Email Notice
For any situation requiring legal notice by contract, law, or regulation, communications through the Service's email and messaging system will not be considered legal notice to VenusMoon, the Service, its proprietor, or any of its employees, collaborators, or representatives.
12.0 Consent of Member
For purposes of this Agreement, you: (a) consent to receive electronic communications from us at the email address you provided; and (b) agree that all Terms and Conditions, agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications provided electronically meet any legal requirement for written communication. This does not affect your non-waivable rights.
Your email address may also be used to send you additional messages, such as updates about the Site, the Service, or special offers. You can opt out of these emails by changing your account settings, clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in the message, or emailing us at aitutor@venusmoon.in.
Opting out may limit your receipt of information about the Site, the Service, or special offers.
13.0 Account Termination
If you fail to comply with our terms, guidelines, and academic honesty standards, and continue to disregard warnings, your account may be terminated. Reinstating a terminated account is unlikely. We recommend using our site and services in accordance with the guidelines to avoid such actions.
14.0 WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
THE SERVICE, IS PROVIDED “AS IS,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, REGARDING THE SERVICE INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, SECURITY, ACCURACY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, WE MAKE NO WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION THAT ACCESS TO OR OPERATION OF THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE. You agree to release us, including our proprietor, owners, agents, and employees, from any claims, demands, or damages (both actual and consequential) related to disputes with other users or merchants whose products or services you review using the Service.
If you are a resident of California, you may specifically waive California Civil Code §1542, which states that "A general release does not extend to claims which the creditor does not know or suspect to exist in his favor at the time of execution of the release, which if known by him must have materially affected his settlement with the debtor," when using the Service

It is your responsibility to regularly review the Site for any updates to this agreement. By continuing to use the Site or the Service, you agree to accept any changes to these Terms and Conditions.

Therefore, you should ensure that your contact and profile information is current. Except as noted above, any changes to these Terms or waivers of our rights must be documented in writing and signed by one of our authorized representatives. Modifications or waivers communicated via phone or email will not be considered valid.
17.0 General Terms
If any part of these Terms and Conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be effective and enforced according to applicable law. Our failure to enforce any part of this agreement does not waive our right to do so in the future. The transfer or termination of this agreement does not affect our rights under it.
You agree that any legal action related to or arising from your relationship with the Company must be initiated within one year of the cause of action occurring, or it will be permanently barred.
These Terms and Conditions, along with your use of the Site, are governed by the Information Technology Act, 2000. We also comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023.
We may assign or transfer these Terms and Conditions and/or our Privacy Policy to any individual or organisation at any time, with or without your consent. You are not allowed to assign or transfer any of your rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions or the Privacy Policy without our prior written approval; any unauthorized attempt to do so will be considered invalid.
By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them. These Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy available at [PRIVACY POLICY], constitute the complete and exclusive agreement between us, superseding any prior agreements or communications related to the subject matter.
