RamAI

RamAI is an AI tutor developed to provide you with a one-on-one learning experience. We build it to invoke creative and critical thinking skills in you.

 

We have instructed it in middle school science, with more subjects like mathematics, social science, and history coming soon. RamAI is unlike a traditional tutor; it promotes active and inquiry-based learning, encouraging you to think critically and creatively.

  1. Select RamAI Chat from the website menu or quick action bar on mobile.

  2. Once on the RamAI chat page, type your question in the input box (top-side on mobile and left-side on desktop).

  3. RamAI will respond in the output box.

  • What is RamAI?
    RamAI is an AI tutor that offers you a one-on-one learning experience. It teaches you just like an ordinary human would.
  • Which subjects does RamAI teach?
    We have currently instructed RamAI in middle school science. More subjects like mathematics, social science, and history are coming soon.
  • How to use it?
    That's pretty simple. Go to RamAI on the website menu or click the three-line option on the mobile site. Click "Start Learning Now," and you're good to go.
  • How to ask questions?
    Once the RamAI chat page opens as discussed above, type in your question like, "Hello RamAI, I want to learn science" in the left-side box, and it will respond in the right-side box.
  • What inputs or questions should I ask?
    You should ask educational questions like, "I want to learn more about biodiversity." Please adhere to our guidelines while typing in the input box.
  • It is asking me for grades and learning levels. Should I answer?
    Your data is secure. Refer to our privacy policy for more details. You can write the class you are studying in and your comfortable learning level. It will help RamAI tailor responses according to your learning needs.
  • RamAI is asking too many questions?
    RamAI invokes creative and critical thinking skills in you. Unlike a traditional tutor, it works on example-based, active, and inquiry-based learning. Answering RamAI's questions will immerse you in creative and inquiry-based learning.
  • RamAI is not answering directly.
    It will not. RamAI explains step-by-step.
  • What are some best practices to write in the input box?
    Please write clear and specific queries in the input box, such as: - "I want to know more about photosynthesis." - "I could not understand your last response. Please explain it." - "I think that plants use sunlight to do photosynthesis. I can see various plants and animals in my surroundings."
  • Is RamAI free to use?
    For a limited time, you do not need to sign up to test RamAI; it is in beta mode.
  • Are all responses correct?
    RamAI is in its very early stages of development, and it is an AI application. You should not assume its responses to be correct and authentic. Check with your teacher and parents.
  • How do I give feedback?
    You are most welcome to give feedback. Please fill out this form.
  • How can I sign up for RamAI?
    You do not need to sign up to test RamAI, as it is in beta mode.
  • Where can I find RamAI? I'm having trouble.
    There are many options to reach RamAI: Menu: Click "RamAI Chat" in the menu. Home Page: Click "Learn Now" at the top of the home page or the RamAI link in the footer. Mobile Site: Click the quick action bar (three dots at the bottom) to open RamAI.
  • How do I type?
    In the left-side box, type your questions. You can also ask questions by turning on the speaker button on your mobile keyboard.
  • What are the RamAI guidelines?
    We have made some guidelines to keep the learning process respectful. Please follow them. Do not post any personal things.
  • Will you use my data or questions?
    We do not directly monitor your questions, so please ask responsibly. Your data is secure, and we do not use it to train RamAI. However, we do take your feedback to improve its features.
  • What are the RamAI guidelines?
    We have made rules to keep the learning process easy and respectful between you and RamAI. These are called RamAI guidelines.
  • What are these guidelines, in short?
    You should not use RamAI for: Fraud, deceiving, harassing, harming others, sexualising content, hatred, or violence. Purposes other than education, such as solving your homework directly, exam cheating, or violating your school's honour code policies. Read more [here].
  • What content is restricted to post?
    You should not post content related to harm, self-harm, sexual content, hatred, religion, caste, nationality, ethnicity, disability status, or personal content like email ID, password, or phone number in the input box. Do not post anything that violates Indian laws.
  • Accuracy and Responsibility
    RamAI is an online AI tutor and may not always provide accurate or complete information. It is essential to cross-check the outputs with reliable sources and follow our policies diligently.
  • What happens if I do not follow the guidelines?
    We will give you warnings, and if you fail to respond to repeated warnings, your account may be deactivated.
  • What is Venus?
    Venus is an AI agent developed for user support at VenusMoon.
  • What does it do?
    Venus helps with user queries related to our platform, like how to book a lesson or how to use RamAI.
  • Where to find Venus?
    Website menu Mobile site: click three lines to locate Venus Click the quick action bar (three-dot icon) positioned at the bottom of the mobile site. Open it, and you will find Venus.
  • How to use Venus?
    That's pretty simple. Once you get to the Venus chat page mentioned above, type in your question, "How to book a lesson?" in the left-side box, and it will reply in the right-side box.
  • Venus is not answering many questions.
    Venus assists users on our VenusMoon platform, and it's restricted in many areas, including educational content.
  • Venus is giving wrong answers.
    Venus is an AI application and may give incorrect answers.
  • What guidelines should I follow?
    The guidelines are the same: do not post anything that violates Indian laws or personal information like your email or phone number.
  • What do you mean by Lessons?
    Lessons are fixed-time duration live sessions between you and us. We offer two types of lessons: - A 20-minute trial lesson in chemistry or chemical engineering that you do not have to pay for. - A paid 40-minute personalised lesson in chemistry or chemical engineering.
  • How are the lessons conducted?
    All lessons are conducted via Zoom. Please download the app from here and register on it.
  • How do I contact you before booking a lesson?
    We ask you to please fill out the "Contact Us Before Booking" form here before booking a lesson.
  • What subjects do you teach?
    You can book an online lesson in chemistry or chemical engineering.
  • What is this AI-enabled lesson?
    During the lesson, we will make use of the AI tutor RamAI to make the session more interactive.
  • How do I book a trial lesson?
    Click the "Book a Trial" button on our home page. Alternatively, you can go to the e-learning section and see the various lessons available. Click Book Now. Next, select your convenient date and time from the calendar, then click "Next." Submit the details in the booking form, and finally, "Book Now." No payment is needed for this trial.
  • How do I book a personalised lesson?
    Follow these steps: Click the "Book Now" button in the "Book Your Lesson" section on our home page. Alternatively, you can go to the e-learning section and see the various lessons available. Click Book Now. Next, select your convenient date and time from the calendar, then click "Next." Submit the details in the booking form, and finally, "Book Now", and pay securely using a debit card or UPI.
  • How to attend the lesson?
    Please check that you have the Zoom app pre-installed on your device and logged in. Check your email for lesson instructions. You will receive the join link in your email. Alternatively, you can go to "My Lessons" in your member bar and select the desired upcoming lesson. You will see "Join Now" in the service details. Click this link and join using the passcode sent to your email. Make sure to check the audio and video settings in your Zoom app.
  • Do I need to make an account at VenusMoon?
    Yes, you should make a member account at VenusMoon. It's secure.
  • I am below 16; can I make a member account on VenusMoon?
    If you are below 16, you should request your parents or guardians to make an account in their name. You agree to use the account under their supervision.
  • What information do I need to provide during signup?
    A valid email ID is required to sign up. Create a strong password and do not share it with anyone—remember it. In the profile section of the member icon located on the menu bar, you can update your name and other preferences.
  • How do I update my name?
    Go to account settings in your member icon bar on the website menu or the three lines on the mobile site. Click "My Account" and update the necessary things.
  • How can I change my password?
    Go to account settings in your member icon bar. Click "Settings," scroll to "Login Info," and update your password. Click "Update Info" to finally submit the updated information.
  • Saved card information
    Go to account settings in your member icon bar. Click "My Wallet," and you will find your saved cards, if any. Add or remove them as needed.
  • Notification settings
    Go to account settings in your member icon bar. Click "Settings." Toggle on and off the notifications you like.
  • Where to view recent lessons?
    Go to "My Lessons" in your member icon bar. Click "Upcoming Lessons" and "Past Lessons."
  • Where to view recent orders?
    Go to "My Orders" in your member icon bar. Click "Upcoming orders" and "Past Orders."
  • Where to view recent plans?
    Go to "My Plans" in your member icon bar. Click "Plans."
  • How to contact VenusMoon?

  • I want to contact you regarding my order.
    Write an email to aitutor@venusmoon.in with your order number and your concern.
  • How can I cancel a plan?
    Go to your member icon bar, click "My Plans," select the plan you want to cancel and click 'Cancel Plan.'
  • How can I cancel a lesson?
    Go to your member icon bar, click "My Lessons," select the lesson from Upcoming Lessons that you want to cancel, and click 'Cancel.'
  • I want to ask before booking a lesson.
    Go to the e-learning section of our site and fill out the "Contact Us Before Booking" form.
  • My payment got failed.
    No problem. The debited amount will automatically be refunded to your account or card according to our refund policy.
  • I want to ask for a refund.
    Write to us at aitutor@venusmoon.in with your order details and reasons. We will get back to you.
  • The amount was debited, but the order has not been confirmed.
    No problem. Check your email for any confirmation messages. If it’s still not confirmed, the debited amount will be refunded to your account or card according to our refund policy.
  • How to disable cookies?
    Click the "Cookie Settings" bar located at the site's bottom. In the pop-up menu, move the buttons to the off position, then click save.
  • I got a message, "An error occurred. Please try again" on the RamAI chat page.
    There may be some problems in getting the responses from the server. We request you wait some time and try resending the message in the input box again.
